Promotion Description: The Industrial Forklift Truck Holiday Giveaway begins on November 16, 2020 at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2020. The sponsor of this Giveaway is Industrial Forklift Truck (“Sponsor”). By participating in this Giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. How to Enter: To enter the Industrial Forklift Truck Holiday Giveaway, go to https://www.industrialforklifttruck.org/giveaway, fill out the Official Entry Form at the top of the page, and submit as directed. For additional entries, “like” the Industrial Forklift Truck Facebook page, tag three friends on our latest Facebook post, or share any Industrial Forklift Truck Facebook post. If entrants have used Industrial Forklift Truck before, they may write a Facebook recommendation for 2 additional entries. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misaddressed, or misdirected. Profiles created solely to enter the giveaway are invalid and will be disqualified.

Prizes: One (1) winner will win a $200 gift card to Cabela’s. One (1) additional winners will receive a YETIⓇ Tumbler labeled with the Industrial Forklift Truck brand name. No substitutions will be permitted other than dictated by the Sponsor. Industrial Forklift Truck expressly disclaims liability or responsibility for any injury or loss to person or property relating to the delivery and subsequent usage of the prizes awarded. Industrial Forklift Truck does not make any warranties concerning the appearance or performance of any prize awarded.
Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Winner Selection: Prize winners will be selected at random in a drawing conducted by the Sponsor on January 4, 2021 from all eligible entries. Entries must be received on or before midnight December 31, 2020 to be considered. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Once winners are selected, all matter relating to this Giveaway is final.
Winner Notification: All winners will be notified via email. If unresponsive, Sponsor will attempt to reach out via phone. Winners must claim their prize within one week (by January 11, 2021) of receiving the first notification. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. If any correspondence between the Sponsor and the winner is returned undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a random drawing.
Privacy: Entrants’ names and email addresses will be captured upon entry to the giveaway. By registering, the entrant is agreeing to receive future marketing emails from the Sponsor. Winner’s List: Giveaway winners will be announced on the Industrial Forklift Truck Facebook page on January 14, 2021. By accepting their prize, each winner consents to Industrial Forklift Truck’s use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
